Human Resources Intern
The Role & Team:
As an HR Intern, you will provide support to the Human Resources department. You will assist in various administrative tasks related to HR, employee engagement, recruitment, and operations.
This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of HR and office management.
Personnel Administration:
- Participate in the administrative management of the HR department (creation of personnel files, enrollment/termination with the health insurance provider, medical check-ups, meal vouchers, correspondence, filing, etc.).
- Onboarding of new hires: administrative aspects and organizing their integration during their first days.
- Certificates, drafting contracts/amendments, updating the HRIS (Lucca), etc.
Scope: Primarily France, with potential to evolve towards a European scope (Portugal, Spain, Germany in particular).
Social Relations:
- Preparation of various data for annual consultations (social policy review, mandatory annual negotiations (NAO), single risk assessment document (DUER), PAPRIPACT, etc.).
- Support in updating the Economic and Social Database (BDES).
- Agreements: support the HR Director in drafting documents.
Note: All these tasks will evolve depending on the profile and upcoming HR projects.
Candidate Profile:
- A student in Human Resources (Master’s level, Bac+4/Bac+5), seeking a meaningful experience to enrich the career path.
- Enjoying teamwork and demonstrating initiative.
- Strong skills in listening, analysis, and organization, and known for interpersonal abilities.
- Discreet and meticulous, skilled in handling confidential information and curious about the IT sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- A good level of written and spoken English is essential (daily use).
- Prior experience in HR, even as an intern, is a plus.
