Renewals Rep LATAM & USA (EST Time Zone)
The Team:
Reporting to the Director of AMERICAS – Maintenance/Renewal, you will be working closely with a dynamic team - Contracts Administrator, Account Directors – Sales, & Peers (USA & Canada Territory).
Assigned territory coverage for this position is primarily LATAM & USA (AMERICAS), with some Canadian accounts.
As a team we often collaborate, extend support & help each other to Win as a Team.
Responsibilities:
Infovista is looking to hire a Maintenance Renewals Representative, to support our Customers in the USA, LATAM & Canada. The role is fully remote, the successful candidate will-
· Own, drive and manage renewals process for our customers in collaboration with larger account team.
· Actively engage with key decision makers to identify customer roadblocks and ensure on-time commitments.
· Maintain and report an accurate 90 day rolling forecast of renewals.
· Identify customer goals and negotiate/execute renewals contracts that aligns with those goals.
· Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer growth while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship.
· Communicate risk clearly and lead resolution strategies, escalating when appropriate.
· Proactively identify areas of process improvement and efficiency
Skills and Experience Required:
· University degree, or equivalent work experience
· 2-4 years of experience in Renewals, Customer Service, or Sales in a fast-paced environment; preferably a technology company
· Strong work ethic with the ability to work collaboratively.
· Proactive approach with strong attention to Organization, time management, and detail-oriented capabilities.
· Discovery, negotiation, and closing skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations at all levels.
· Excellent oral and written communication – Spanish & English; Portuguese (advantage).
· Team player with a positive attitude and a proven ability to build strong relationships with peers and others within a company.
· Ability to quickly adapt to changes occurring in a dynamic environment.
· Experience using CRM, particularly SFDC (Salesforce), Experience using Microsoft Office Suite specifically with Outlook, Teams and Excel.
