Maintenance Contract Representative APAC (3 Months FTC)
The Team & Responsibilities:
Infovista is looking to hire Maintenance Contract Representative (3 Months), to support our Customers in APAC. The role is fully remote, the successful candidate will-
- Maintain renewal pipeline, ensure contract integrity (correct assets and pricing) in CRM (sales force).
- Prepare quotations and provide calculations for maintenance contract renewal and RFP/RFI.
- Updating and managing Excel spreadsheets
- Deal with external and internal queries in a professional, client orientated manner
- Performs bookings (Purchase Order processing) and other operational activities/ processes to support renewal rep from bookings to cash collection.
- Prioritize quotes/ sales support to meet deadlines, pay attention to accuracy of details.
Proactively identify areas of process improvement and efficiency
Skills and Experience Required:
- Graduate with a University Degree, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Renewals, Customer Service, or Sales Support in a fast-paced environment; preferably BPO/ a technology company
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proactive approach with strong attention to Organization, time management, and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin & Japanese (advantage).
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Handle confidential information with complete integrity
- Prior experience working independently with team-player mindse
- Proven success in administrative tasks, organization of work materials, prioritization, and adherence to tight deadlines
- Ability to follow established procedures and practices
- Experience using CRM, particularly SFDC (Salesforce), Experience using Microsoft Office Suite specifically with Outlook, Teams and Excel.
