The Role & Team:

Infovista is seeking a highly qualified International Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the Computer Software industry. In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing, analysing and making recommendations on our global tax strategies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations while optimizing our tax positions. The Tax Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining international tax policies and procedures, focusing on various jurisdictions that impact our global operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international tax compliance and planning, with a strong understanding of transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, and international tax treaties. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our finance and legal teams to identify tax-saving opportunities and evaluate the potential impact of new legislation and entity consolidation. In addition, you will liaise with external tax advisors and auditors, providing them with the necessary information to support our tax positions. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee international tax compliance for all foreign subsidiaries and branches.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the effective tax rate globally.
• Conduct regular reviews of the company's international operations to ensure adherence to tax regulations.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely filing of local tax returns.
• Provide guidance on transfer pricing policies and compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Evaluate tax risks and opportunities related to changes in international tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and assist in the review of documentation for tax audits and queries from tax authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of international tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in transfer pricing methodologies and documentation.
• Experience with tax software and reporting tools is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex tax issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and external advisors.
